We use Quickbooks and need some-one to enter bills and ‘income’. This is spasmodic. It becomes critical around course time and membership renewal time.
This has to be done at Berowra, NSW.
We run the Science of Rehabilitation course once a year. Need some-one to send out the flyers, track bookings, chase payment and “organise” the presenters, manuals, thank-you gifts, etc. Could easily be a multi person activity if you just want to do one aspect.
The above course needs an assistant every evening and for each workshop to help with catering and equipment etc. Can be a different person each evening.
There are two workshops with the Science of Rehabilitation course which are also open to non course people. I need help thinking up topics and sourcing presenters.
There is a miscellaneous list of forms, policies, filing, arranging to be done at the office. If you have a few hours to help that would be great. This is on-going.
We need a vet assistant at each clinic. You need to be ABL vaccinated (flying fox realted) and used to handling wildlife. A clinic may be extremely quiet or frantically hectic.
We have a list of possible projects which needs to be organised so we can add it to our website and make it available to post graduate students looking for a project
Fund raising and marketingWe need to source corporate funding. Any help in ideas, letters, approaches etc. We also have a list of marketing ideas which needs to be implemented
NewsletterArticles of a scientific nature, questions to the vet or just good interesting tales about wildlife to make the WAIF newsletter bigger and better.
Website Assist by providing content and keeping it up to date.
